Sales Development Representative (Outbound)

Location : Bengaluru

Time Zones : U.S. shift

Compensation : 10-14 LPA

Experience in North America : 1-3 Years

Job Description

We’re looking for driven, high-energy SDRs who thrive in outbound environments and can build pipeline by connecting with senior decision-makers across North America.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about B2B SaaS sales , who enjoys cold calling , and can create impactful first conversations with potential buyers.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Own outbound pipeline generation with 100% new-business focus in the North American market.
  • Research, identify & qualify high-potential accounts in wholesale, distribution, and manufacturing.
  • Make 100+ outbound cold calls per day to initiate high-quality conversations.
  • Personalize outreach via LinkedIn, phone, and email targeting senior stakeholders (CEOs, Sales Heads, IT Directors).
  • Partner with AEs to set qualified demos and ensure excellent handoffs.
  • Maintain accurate activity records in HubSpot CRM .
  • Test messaging, channels & sequences to continually improve conversion rates.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 1–3 years B2B SaaS outbound experience , ideally selling to North American markets.
  • Proven success in cold calling and pipeline generation .
  • Exceptional communication skills and confidence engaging senior leadership.
  • Self-starter mindset , resilience, and high ownership.
  • Comfortable working U.S. time zones and collaborating with global teams.
