Exp : 3 to 14 years on roll exp in Project Sales ( Good exposure in Architect and Contractor Segment )

Note : Its Individual contributor role

Education : Any graduate

Communication : Excellent communication

Industry Exp : Building Material ,Tiles ,Ceramics ,Plywood ,Laminate ,Furniture ,Paint ,Sanitary Ware , Glass ,Wood

Job description

Responsibilities : -

1. User Engagement :

Contractor profiling, engagement, site connect and loyalty

Large Contractor adoption - Upgradation of contractors by driving range index / premiumization for Araldite, Roff & Tenax

Execution of formal meets plan and track effectiveness; drive field marketing

2. ways of working

Specialized User Working / Upgradation :

Specialized contractors adoption like Grout Specialist, Swimming pool contractors, External cladder or similar.

Architect engagement and conversion

New Product launch and drive among users and dealers

Convert competition users to Araldite, Roff & Tenax respectively

3. Premium Dealer Channel Working :

Development of ecosystem of Premium Channel (Roff Premium Partner RPP)- Manage a network of 5-6 RPPs by developing and their linked Architects & Large Tile Contractors

Manage large site leads received from RPP (eg : standalone hospital / college etc)
