About the Role

We are looking for an Associate Designer who can support daily design tasks while also managing merchandising responsibilities. This role suits someone organized, talented and proactive.

Responsibilities

Assist with design development, sketches, trend research, and basic CAD work

Handle merchandising tasks such as sample follow-ups, data tracking, and preparing line sheets

Follow up with vendors, coordinate sampling progress, and track shipments

Support communication between design, production, and vendors

Help with mood boards, presentations, and sample organization

Manage basic documentation, pricing updates, and workflow tracking.

Requirements

Fashion school graduate

Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in design, merchandising, and a related role

Basic design skills (Illustrator or hand sketching)

Strong organizational and communication skills

Comfortable managing multiple tasks
