Associate Sales

We are looking for accomplished & experienced sales professionals with a proven track record in successful positioning & ensuring we leverage our influencer network to deliver our best-performing campaigns to clients based on their requirements. A strategic thinker who has a proven track record of scaling sales functions in terms of business development & revenue.

Responsibilities and Qualifications :

• Define, execute, and manage lead generation programs to meet conversion targets.
• Build strong relationships with brands / clients to identify growth opportunities.
• Engage CXOs and marketing leaders via LinkedIn, calls, emails, and CRM tools.
• Conduct regular online / offline meetings with prospective clients to pitch influencer marketing services.
• Maintain and track sales pipelines, forecasts, and qualified opportunities.
• Manage time effectively to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs.
• Prepare reports on outreach, campaign progress, and conversion insights.
• Work with internal teams to create compelling client presentations and proposals.
• Create persuasive sales pitches, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively.
• Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree, 1–2 years in digital / influencer sales, Bengali proficiency, strong analytical, communication, and CRM skills.
