We're Hiring : Enterprise Sales & Strategy Lead

Location : Mumbai (Onsite) | Experience : 8–12 years | Domain : AI Platforms | BFSI | PSU | GovTech | Chatbots

At Talkk.ai, we’re building a next-gen Agentic AI platform that empowers enterprises and public sector organizations to automate and transform their workflows — from intelligent chatbot services to Generative AI applications in procurement, customer service, compliance, and internal decision-making.

We're growing fast — and looking for a high-impact Enterprise Sales & Strategy Lead who can own and scale strategic accounts across sectors like BFSI, PSUs, and large enterprises.

What You'll Do

  • Own the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle : from CXO conversations to RFP participation, pricing strategy, and deal closure - Build deep, consultative relationships with stakeholders in BFSI, PSU, and GovTech verticals - Forge powerful partnerships with cloud providers (AWS, Azure), system integrators, and OEMs to strengthen our value proposition - Collaborate with product and delivery teams to ensure solution alignment, post-sale success, and account growth - Represent Talkk.ai at industry forums, conferences, and demo sessions

What We’re Looking For

  • 8–12 years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in SaaS, AI, chatbot platforms, or GovTech - Strong understanding of government procurement and public sector tendering (GeM, CPPP, NIC, etc.) - Proven success in managing complex sales cycles and closing high-value, multi-crore deals - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, timelines, and partnerships with confidence and clarity - A strategic thinker who thrives in lean teams and fast-moving, impact-driven environments
