Role overview

Doerscircle is looking for a UX Designer with 3 to 5 years of experience, based in India, to craft intuitive, powerful product experiences for Independent Doers and the enterprises supporting them. You’ll work at the sweet spot between product, design, business, and tech, turning messy workflows into interfaces people actually enjoy using.

You’ll collaborate closely with our India-based tech team as well as commercial team in Singapore / India, and we meet in person every quarter to align, create, and recharge.

What you’ll do

Own UX end to end for web dashboards and enterprise experiences, from discovery to delivery
Translate business goals and user needs into clear flows, wireframes, and interaction specs
Partner with product managers, engineers, and founders to ship fast, learn fast, and iterate smart
Design for clarity first, keeping things minimal where it matters and turning up the energy where it enhances the experience
Simplify complex states and data into beautifully usable dashboards for both sides of the marketplace
Run lightweight research, usability tests, and gather insights directly from real users
Contribute to and evolve our design system with a practical, ship it mindset
Bonus : bring interfaces to life with motion, micro-interactions, and thoughtful transitions

What you bring

3 to 5 years of hands-on UX / UI experience, ideally in SaaS, B2B, or high-growth product environments

Background in marketplace, platform, or e-commerce design is a big plus

A strong portfolio showcasing dashboards, complex flows, and enterprise product work

Experience designing at scale across multiple user types, markets, or use cases

Ability to connect business metrics, user psychology, and design decisions with clarity

Comfort collaborating with both the commercial team and engineers - speaking in technical terms when needed

A love for clean, minimal design with an appreciation for bold, expressive moments when they elevate the experience

You're fast and agile while you understand and put pride in quality, accuracy and attention to details

Bonus : experience with motion design, animations, or micro-interaction prototyping

Based in India and ready to work with a fully digital, globally distributed team
