About the job

Location : Sector-4 Greater Noida

Preferred location : Noida & Greater Noida

Timings : Monday to Saturday | 10 : 00 AM - 7 : 00 PM

Desire Candidate : Minimum 0 to 2 years of experience in sales profile (Fresher with Education Background & Knowledge of Wealth Management are welcome for Interview )

NOTE : Position Budget : Compensation : up to ₹2.0 Lakhs to ₹3 Lakhs LPA ( Fixed ₹18000 to ₹25000 / - Monthly) + Incentives.

Role Overview :

We're seeking a Sales and Customer Growth Executive who is energetic, driven, and confident in building human connections. As a consultative sales professional, you'll guide professionals in taking control of their financial future through our platform.

Key Responsibilities :

Sales and Relationship Management :
Drive sales as an individual contributor
Establish and manage relationships with clients
Build strong partnerships with clients to ensure operational cohesion and future growth

Client Engagement :

Engage with inbound leads via webinar, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and Lead Generation will be perk

Guide prospects through our investing system, pricing plans, and onboarding process

Follow up on dormant leads and re-engage cold prospects with empathy and insight

Required Profile :

0 to 2 years of experience in sales finance / wealth management industry preferred

Fresher with education background in wealth management are also welcome for interview Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field

Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills

Proficiency in PowerPoint / Google Slides
