Job Description :
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Renewal Outreach : Initiate timely and personalized communication with customers approaching the end of their subscription cycle.
- Consultative Selling : Understand customer needs, showcase learner progress, and position Bhanzu’s programs as essential for continued growth.
- Upsell Opportunities : Identify and pitch relevant upgrades or additional programs that align with the learner’s journey.
- Customer Insights : Gather feedback and relay insights to internal teams to improve offerings and retention strategies.
- Pipeline Management : Maintain accurate records of renewal status, customer interactions, and performance metrics using CRM tools.
- Relationship Building : Foster trust and loyalty by delivering exceptional service and demonstrating genuine care for learner outcomes.
Requirements :
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work under pressure.Laptop is mandatory.Willing to work in a startup environment (fast paced).Willing to work 6 days a week.Please Note : it's individual contributor role
