Your Responsibilities :

• Support efforts to simplify, protect and enhance the customer experience.
• Use various tools to investigate incidents, take immediate action, or recommend solutions.
• Collaborate with customer engineering teams to maintain endpoint health and improve the security landscape
• Utilize and maintain expertise in Security toolsets , including [Proofpoint. ServiceNow, Microsoft Defender MDE
• Ensure compliance with ITIL , endpoint standards, policies, and procedures.
