Position Title : Software Engineer(Front End Focused)

Department : Product Engineering / Software Development

Reports To : Senior Software Engineer / Tech Lead

Location : Gurgaon

Job Summary :

As a Grade 3 Software Engineer, you will be responsible for contributing to the development and maintenance of software applications. You will support the design and coding of software solutions, troubleshoot and fix bugs, and collaborate with senior engineers to deliver high-quality software products. This role offers opportunities to grow technical skills while working in a collaborative environment that encourages learning.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining software applications based on functional requirements.

Write, test, and maintain clean, efficient, and reusable code.

Debug and troubleshoot software issues under the guidance of senior engineers.

Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Collaborate with team members, including product managers and QA, to meet project goals.

Learn and implement new technologies and tools to improve development processes.

Document code, processes, and any changes made to the system.

Skills and Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in software development.

Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, or similar.

Mandatory Knowledge of programming languages such as node.js, javascript, or similar.

Basic understanding of software development methodologies like Agile or Scrum.

Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
