Analyst – Customer Insights

Responsibilities

Work on customer-centric analytics and data engineering projects for global consumer brands

Assist in building and maintaining data pipelines for data extraction transformation and loading (ETL / ELT)

Analyze customer data to identify trends patterns and actionable opportunities

Develop dashboards and reports using BI tools like Tableau Power BI or Looker

Partner with senior analysts and engineers to automate recurring data workflows

Support implementation of data quality checks testing and documentation

Learn to translate business questions into structured data and analytical outputs

Qualifications :

02 years of experience in analytics data engineering or related academic projects

Strong SQL skills and foundational knowledge of Python

Exposure to data visualization tools (Tableau Power BI or equivalent)

Understanding of basic data processing or statistical concepts

Excellent communication skills with a willingness to learn client-facing delivery

BE / in Computer Science Statistics or a quantitative field
