Role Description

This is a contract-based remote role for a Lead Android Developer specializing in Kotlin and Jetpack Compose. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and testing innovative Android applications while maintaining quality and performance standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create seamless user experiences, implement best practices for Android development, and contribute to defining technical specifications and architecture for mobile app projects. The role requires proactiveness, innovation, and effective communication skills for working within an agile development environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of native Android development experience, Mobile Application Development, and proficiency in Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
• Strong background in Android Design principles and best practices for creating responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
• Expertise in Mobile Applications and Software Development, including architecture design and code optimization techniques.
• Proficiency in debugging, testing frameworks, and code reviewing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Ability to lead development teams and collaborate effectively in a remote work environment.
• Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines and integrating third-party APIs and libraries is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
