Practice Area : Indirect Tax Litigation / Advisory

Major role and responsibilities & Required Skill Set :

• Good analytical skills with ability to research on Indirect Tax / GST databases.
• Strong command over English with sound legal drafting skills (most critical).
• Knowledge of case laws with relevant legal framework, good understanding of regulatory updates and a basic understanding of its impact on the assigned clients.
• Effective presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to create and disseminate updates on latest trends to the team.
• Ability to do quick research to develop theoretical understanding of the laws and acts.

Qualification : CA / LLB

Experience : Minimum of 6+ years work experience in Tax Litigation.
