Principal Salesforce Developer

We are seeking an experienced Principal Salesforce Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce Lightning , Aura Components , Apex triggers , and Salesforce best practices , with the ability to mentor other developers and partner with stakeholders to deliver high-quality business applications.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce development, including design, coding, testing, deployment, and support.
• Design and develop scalable solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components .
• Develop, test, and optimize Apex classes, triggers, and batch jobs .
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST / SOAP APIs, middleware, and other integration tools.
• Define and enforce best practices around Salesforce development, security, and data management .
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and admins to translate requirements into technical designs.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
