Work Timing : 9 AM to 5 PM UK (2 PM to 11 PM IST)

We are looking for a skilled Node.js Developer with 5–6 years of experience in building scalable backend applications and APIs. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in JavaScript / TypeScript, RESTful APIs, and cloud-based deployments, along with a good understanding of microservices, databases, and CI / CD practices. Required Skills Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and Node.js runtime. Experience with Express.js or NestJS frameworks. Good understanding of asynchronous programming, event-driven architecture, and Promises / async-await. Hands-on experience with NoSQL (MongoDB) and SQL databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL). Understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and API security best practices. Experience with Git, CI / CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker). Good to Have : Experience with microservices architecture. Exposure to serverless functions (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions). Familiarity with frontend technologies (React, Angular, etc.) for integration understanding. Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies. Basic understanding of DevOps pipelines and monitoring tools

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain server-side applications using Node.js and related frameworks (e.g., Express.js, NestJS, Koa). Develop RESTful APIs / GraphQL services and integrate them with front-end or third-party systems. Work with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL for efficient data modeling and querying. Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth, Firebase Auth, etc.). Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security. Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and QA teams for feature delivery and release cycles. Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and documentation. Deploy and monitor applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
