A positive and creative mindset is a pre-requisite to the position. The position will be responsible for

Taking theory and practical classes as per the course curriculum

Developing creative instructional methods to engage students in learning process.

Developing daily lesson plans and instructional plans to meet course competency

Developing instruction materials and handouts for students

Preparing course assignments, tests, projects to improve student’s academic performance

Setting up classroom, lab, and other school equipment and supplies for students

Providing professional guidance to students when needed

Maintaining students’ attendance and grade records and report the same

Developing cohesive, safe and positive learning environment for students

Providing support in student admission and retention processes
