Shift Timings : 12 : 00 PM – 9 : 00 PM
Contract Duration : Minimum 3–6 months (Extendable)
Onsite Requirement : 3 days office + 2 days WFH
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced AEM Product Owner with deep expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to lead product strategy, roadmap, and delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong technical and functional knowledge of AEM, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the AEM product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into user stories, and prioritize the product backlog.
- Work closely with AEM developers, architects, QA teams, and UX designers to deliver high-quality features.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of AEM components, templates, assets, workflows, and integrations.
- Conduct sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives while driving Agile best practices.
- Ensure technical feasibility, performance, and scalability of AEM implementations.
- Analyze customer and user feedback to enhance AEM capabilities and digital experience.
- Coordinate with marketing, content, and business teams for seamless digital asset management.
- Monitor product KPIs and ensure timely project execution.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and cross-team communication.
Required Skills & Experience
7–10 years of experience in Product Ownership / Product Management in digital platforms.Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Sites, Assets, Workflows) .Deep understanding of content management processes and digital ecosystems.Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments as a Product Owner.Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Knowledge of integration patterns, APIs, and cloud-based deployment is a plus.Preferred Qualifications
AEM or Adobe certifications (advantage).Experience collaborating with global teams.Understanding of digital marketing technologies (Adobe Marketing Cloud, Analytics, Target).
