Performance Marketing Manager

Job Description

  • We are looking for a performance marketing manager who will manage end to end campaigns for performance & digital campaigns. You will be part of the growth team and will be directly responsible for driving growth and acquisitions via performance marketing channels. This is a high ownership role - you will need to have an in-depth understanding of the ads ecosystem (Google, Meta) & indepth understanding of attribution & app systems (UAC, Manual, AAA), should be able to solve problems independently, and work with channel partners & agencies to drive business goals. You would need to be data driven, analytical & target oriented - agency / multi vertical experience is a plus. Experience on App performance marketing is a must. You’ll need to have an understanding of consumer buying behaviour;

along with a deep understanding in full-funnel marketing and app marketing. You will be contributing significantly to achieving B2C targets and be a key pillar within the Growth Team.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities 1. Own performance marketing campaigns across channels (Google, Facebook, affiliates and Programmatic etc) for one segment. 2. Responsible for setting the Performance Marketing and Acquisition Strategy, including planning, budgeting, reporting and driving execution with agency partners across Google & Facebook. 3. Own & deliver on user growth targets. Scale acquisition of high LTV users across app & web while maintaining efficiency on CACs and AOVs & other metrics. Ensure visibility of said metrics to key stakeholders. 4. Set up attribution models, multi-channel tracking and quality. Develop robust performance reporting framework, analytics, and ROI tracking for our mobile app and digital channels to continually optimize and improve our marketing investments. 5. Drive experimentation, key strategies, marketing effectiveness through continuous communication testing (A / B), innovation using different platforms and new products / formats, active co-creation and planning. 6. Work closely with the internal creative team to drive output of creatives (statics, videos, GIFs etc) & ensure experimentation with timely delivery & testing with robust framework. 7. Work closely with internal stakeholders (Tech, Product, Strategy) to drive business changes & processes that affect the owned channel & its metrics. Create comprehensive BRDs that help solve for the channel / platform problems which can help pushing channel metrics. 8. Understand data in-depth, and churn out actionable insights to drive campaign performance and goals. 9. Create and manage internal campaign performance reporting along with agency, communication to all stakeholders and updates on campaign performance. 10. Work with internal database & MMP tools ( Singular, Appsflyer) and performance tools like GA4 / mixpanel etc) to understand data flowing in and act on actionable insights and optimise performance (CAC / ROAS / LTV / Retention)

Qualification & Requirements

  • Graduate or Postgraduate
  • 3-6+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably for mobile-first consumer brands or apps.
  • Strong analytical mindset;
  • proficient in Excel / Google Sheets, Google Analytics, and MMP dashboards (Appsflyer, Adjust, Firebase).

  • Proven track record of achieving acquisition and efficiency goals at scale.
  • In-depth knowledge of performance marketing, an understanding of consumer behaviour and campaign structure.
  • Platform knowledge for MMPs, deep understanding of attribution, is required.
  • Proficient in excel, numbers & reporting tools.
  • Full funnel knowledge of app ecosystem, metrics & understanding of how MMP systems work.
  • Agency experience is a plus, but not necessary.
  • Good to have : Experience with Apple Search Ads, YouTube, or programmatic channels. Understanding of mobile attribution models, SKAN, and data-driven attribution. Basic SQL knowledge or familiarity with BI tools (Looker, Power BI, etc.). Comfort working in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments.
