Job descriptionLeverage AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance creative output, personalization, Experiment with new creative formats, platforms, and messaging strategies Ensure the final output is aligned with the brand’s visual identity, visually strong, and Have a strong eye for layout, typography, design balance, and brand consistency Assist in structuring creative workflows, guiding junior creatives, and ensuring Be a hustler with a strong experimental mindset, unafraid to test unconventional ideas Be passionate about using AI tools and creative technologies and integrate them into your Be comfortable switching between high-level creative strategy and detailed campaign Be collaborative, organised, and timeline-driven Have a good eye for design interpretation and layout quality Strong Graphic / Brand Design foundation with 5+ years of work experience Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects Proficiency in AI tools like Runway, Canva Magic Design, Midjourney, Descript Understanding of design systems, scale, hierarchy, typography, and visual rhythm High attention to detail and ability to work independently within structured timelines Innovation & design thinking Presentation & storytelling skills Basic understanding of digital advertising, performance metrics and audience Bonus : Motion graphics & video editing
