About the Role

This person studies long-form content and identifies the best moments to convert into reels / shorts.

Key Responsibilities

Watch all long episodes

Note down timestamps & key moments

Curate “high-hook” segments

Create micro-hooks (10–15 word headlines)

Select clips safe for fan pages (knowledge-only)

Avoid sensitive topics (predictions, remedies)

Work closely with editors & manager

Maintain content pipeline for 30 days ahead

Required Skills

Strong understanding of astrology OR willingness to learn

Good Hindi-English understanding

Sharp eye for engaging moments

Content judgement : mythological, karmic, spiritual themes

Ability to think in short-form format

Good communication & documentation skills
