About the Role :
Hoora is seeking an AVP – D2C to lead the end-to-end strategy, growth, and operations of our Direct-to-Consumer vertical. This role carries full P&L ownership and is responsible for scaling GMV, AOV, customer retention, and operational efficiency across our e-commerce channels.
Key Responsibilities :
- Own the P&L for the D2C vertical and drive revenue, profitability, GMV, and AOV growth
- Build and execute channel strategies across website, app, and marketplaces
- Oversee performance marketing, CRM, and CAC / ROAS optimisation
- Lead e-commerce operations including catalogue, inventory, warehousing, and last-mile delivery
- Collaborate with Product / Tech to improve platform performance and user experience
- Build systems and SOPs for scale; lead a high-performing cross-functional team
Ideal Candidate :
8+ years in business leadership with at least 3 years owning P&L / revenue in a D2C / E-commerce setupStrong experience in scaling D2C businesses (MRR 2Cr+ / month preferred)Proven exposure to digital merchandising, supply chain, and e-commerce operationsPrior leadership experience in top D2C or marketplace brands (e.g., Mamaearth, Lenskart, Myntra, etc.) highly preferredStrong analytical, operational, and unit economics understanding
