We’re looking for an exceptional Associate – Learning & Development to help us institutionalize learning, build internal capabilities, and eventually power skill development across the Indian construction ecosystem. Our Objective
To build a structured, high-impact internal training ecosystem at Biltrax that strengthens team capabilities, embeds cross-functional learning, and scales with the company's growth. The LDC Lead will anchor both internal and client-facing learning programs, ensuring continuity, quality, and evolution of knowledge.
Key Responsibilities :
- Program Management : Plan and schedule weekly / monthly training for internal teams.
- Curriculum Development : Build role-specific strategic learning journeys (e.g., BD, Analyst, Client Engagement); create structured coursework, modular curricula, and progression maps for different job functions, including assessments and certification paths.
- Session Coordination : Coordinate with internal / external trainers, manage logistics, and prepare materials.
- Content Creation : Create or curate decks, training documents, SOPs, and playbooks.
- Feedback & Iteration : Conduct surveys, measure adoption, and refine sessions based on feedback.
- Client Workshops : Organize and support training sessions / certifications for clients; lead training for analyst and pre-sales teams built specifically for client organizations; map client organizations to identify training needs and knowledge gaps for targeted capability-building initiatives.
- Certification & Credentials : Design and issue internal and client-side certifications in collaboration with management; maintain records of professionals within client ecosystems and identify opportunities to train, upskill, and certify them.
- Knowledge Repository : Maintain an internal resource bank of learning materials; keep detailed records of all training sessions, certifications, attendees, outcomes, and follow-ups for both internal and client-side programs; maintain individual LDC history for each team member to support performance reviews and define long-term career trajectories.
Key Objectives
Ensure minimum learning benchmarks are met before assigning team members to client-facing roles — similar to structured models followed by top consulting firms. Internal certifications may be mandatory for progression.Institutionalize learning as a core pillar of Biltrax's culture, ensuring that upskilling becomes a continuous and structured process across all levels.Help Biltrax become a more technically focused organization — with deeper internal understanding of technical aspects of the construction industry — to stay closely aligned with the evolving needs of its Clients.Strengthen BD- Strategy, Analyst, and Client teams with consistent knowledge upgrades.Drive culture of learning, accountability, and performance orientation.Make Biltrax a high-retention, high-learning organization.
