Job descriptionDeliver leadership training programs to global audiences, both virtual and in-person Facilitate workshops, seminars, and coaching sessions across employee levels Assess participant engagement and adjust facilitation techniques to maximize impact Serve as a subject matter expert in leadership development Oversee scheduling, coordination, and logistics of LD programs Prepare monthly reports on participation, feedback, and learning outcomes Manage learner queries and provide timely resolutions Streamline processes to improve learning operations efficiency
Responsibilities :
Instructional Design (30%)
- Design and develop engaging training materials including e-learning modules, instructor-led content, job aids, and assessments
- Collaborate with SMEs to align training content with organizational goals
- Apply instructional design principles to enhance learner engagement and retention
- Continuously update training materials to ensure relevance and effectiveness
Global Training Facilitation (50%)
Learning Operations Management (20%)
