Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Salesperson at Opulent Properties and Developers located in Pune. The Real Estate Salesperson will be responsible for sales activities, client interactions, property showings, negotiations, and closing deals.

Qualifications

Customer Service and Sales skills

Real Estate License and Real Property knowledge

Experience in Real Estate sales

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong negotiation and closing abilities

Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
