Senior SAP GRC / IAG Consultant

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior SAP GRC and IAG Consultant to join our enterprise technology team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and managing SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and Identity Access Governance (IAG) modules, along with hands-on experience in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).

This role involves working on large-scale SAP implementations, designing secure and compliant business processes, integrating SAP modules, and providing expert guidance on risk management and access control. The candidate should possess strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of SAP landscapes and integration processes.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP GRC Access Control, Process Control, and Risk Management modules, ensuring compliance with organizational security and governance standards.
• Design and implement SAP Identity Access Governance (IAG) solutions, integrating with SAP and non-SAP systems for centralized user and role management.
• Work on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) modules to enable advanced integration, automation, and analytics capabilities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand security, compliance, and audit requirements, and translate them into effective SAP GRC / IAG solutions.
• Develop and configure workflows, access risk analysis, emergency access management (EAM), and role design according to business and regulatory requirements.
• Implement integration processes between SAP GRC and other SAP modules (such as ECC, S / 4HANA, and SuccessFactors) including interface design, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Provide expert-level support during design, configuration, testing, and deployment phases of SAP GRC and IAG solutions.
• Conduct risk and impact analysis on proposed system changes, ensuring adherence to internal controls and governance frameworks.
• Ensure seamless integration with SAP Identity Management, Single Sign-On (SSO), and third-party security systems.
• Perform periodic reviews of system access, segregation of duties (SoD), and compliance reports to identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Work closely with audit and compliance teams to prepare system documentation and support audit reviews.
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior consultants and ensure knowledge transfer within the team.
• Stay updated on the latest SAP GRC, IAG, and BTP innovations and recommend enhancements to improve overall governance and risk management strategies.
