Job Requirement : Role Summary :

Seeking a dynamic and strategic Director to lead product and solution design, manage end-to-end delivery, and drive cross-functional collaboration across teams. This role demands strong delivery leadership, P&L ownership experience, and a proven track record of high-quality project execution.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead technical solutioning, architecture, and design of software products.
• Own project P&L, resource planning, and timeline adherence.
• Manage cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.
• Track and present project metrics to senior leadership.
• Drive initiatives focused on automation, defect reduction, and process improvements.
• Coordinate efforts across geographically distributed teams.
• Contribute to presales activities, RFP responses, and stakeholder engagements.
• Review product requirements and lead solution brainstorming sessions.
• Enable team success by removing technical blockers and enhancing delivery processes.
