Business Development Manager
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and evaluate new partnership and business development opportunities aligned with company goals.
- Build, manage, and nurture relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders.
- Develop and implement strategies for market penetration, client acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Maintain strong working relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and operations to support business growth initiatives.
- Conduct competitive market research to identify trends, pricing models, and business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics and business KPIs.
Qualifications & Skills :
Master's degree is a plus.4 to 8 years of relevant experience in business development, partnerships, or B2B sales.Proven success in developing and closing high-value deals or strategic partnerships.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset.Demonstrated ability to execute go-to-market strategies, meet revenue targets, and grow accounts.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM is a plus.Knowledge of the industry is preferred.ref : iimjobs.com)
