Manager – Admissions (MBA & PGDM) Location : Greater NoidaInstitution : Accurate Group of InstitutionsAbout the Role We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Manager – Admissions to drive enrollments for our MBA and PGDM programs. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in the education sector, with a proven track record in lead conversion, counseling, and achieving admission targets.Key Responsibilities Manage the complete admissions cycle for MBA & PGDM programs—from lead generation to enrollment.Handle telephonic, online, and in-person counseling of prospective students and parents.Achieve monthly and annual enrollment targets .Convert digital and offline leads into successful admissions through consistent follow-up and engagement.Coordinate with channel partners, consultants, and internal teams for lead flow and conversions.Plan and participate in education fairs, campus visits, webinars, and outreach events.Maintain and update CRM records, ensuring timely lead tracking and reporting.Provide insights on lead quality, student trends, and new strategies to improve conversions.Requirements Minimum 3–5 years experience in admissions for MBA / PGDM programs (must be from education sector).Strong communication & presentation skills.Excellent lead conversion and counseling abilities.Ability to work under target-driven environments.Proficiency in CRM tools, lead management, and follow-up processes.Should be comfortable working with digital leads and online counseling formats.
