Job descriptionLead fundraising activities through banks, financial institutions, and investors Manage loan and debt syndication processes to support business expansion and capital needs Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, lenders, and financial partners Develop and execute financial strategies to optimize capital structure and funding sources Prepare and present financial reports, investment decks, and updates for stakeholders Monitor financial covenants, compliance, and reporting obligations Coordinate with internal finance, legal, and strategy teams to support financial transactions Identify new funding opportunities and negotiate favorable terms Ensure transparency and consistency in investor communication and engagement Track market trends and investor sentiment to guide strategy and messaging
