Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential IT candidates and guide them toward suitable career opportunities with our US-based clients.
• Learn to source profiles using top job boards such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
• Review resumes, conduct initial discussions, and understand candidates’ skills, experience, and job preferences.
• Work closely with senior counsellors and account managers to support ongoing client needs.
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and feedback between candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain organized and updated candidate information in our internal systems.
• Get trained on key US hiring concepts (W2, C2C, 1099, work authorizations, etc.) and apply them in daily tasks.
• Meet daily / weekly targets related to sourcing and candidate engagement.
