• Source candidates through portals LinkedIn headhunting and referrals.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication.
• Maintain recruitment trackers reports and candidate databases.
• Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs.
• Build a strong talent pipeline for ongoing requirements.
