Key Responsibilities :
- Handle complete recruitment cycle : sourcing screening interviewing and closing roles.
- Source candidates through portals LinkedIn headhunting and referrals.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication.
- Maintain recruitment trackers reports and candidate databases.
- Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs.
- Build a strong talent pipeline for ongoing requirements.
Requirements :
34 years of experience in hardcore recruitment.Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.Good communication and coordination abilities.Experience with LinkedIn Naukri or other job portals.Ability to handle multiple requirements and meet deadlines.Knowledge of UAE hiring practices is an advantage.Key Skills
