The Community & Influencer Partnerships Manager role sits at the heart of this mission. You are not here to just moderate a forum or manage creators. You are here to build a real-time, high-trust, high-retention parent community across platforms, age groups, and needs, and extend that trust through meaningful creator collaborations.

From resolving queries quickly to running expert-led sessions, scaling parent-to-parent conversations, and nurturing creator partnerships that amplify parent stories, this role is for someone who wants to create daily value and see that value reflected in a parent’s relief, action, and return.

What You’ll Own

End-to-end parent experience : How a parent feels, interacts, and stays with us

Daily engagement : Lead conversations across app forums, WhatsApp groups, and live sessions

Fast, accurate query resolution : Coordinate with Doctors, Experts, Content, and internal stakeholders

Community onboarding : Design high-conversion journeys for new parents and make them feel seen from day one

Retention building : Spot drop-offs and create content and engagement loops to bring parents back

Influencer partnerships and creator outreach : Identify, onboard, and build strong, ongoing relationships with creators, parent influencers, and community champions to drive conversations, share credible experiences, and strengthen trust

Workshop and event support : Curate, moderate, and follow up on parent workshops (online)

Feedback loops : Capture daily insights and work with the product, content, and growth teams to improve

Moderation and safety : Ensure a respectful, safe space for diverse parenting voices

Who You Are

A community-first thinker who understands the difference between reach and retention

Sharp at writing and even sharper at listening, able to decode what parents do not say

Fast, dependable, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of follow-through

Experienced in running WhatsApp or app-based communities and understanding what drives engagement

Skilled at identifying, onboarding, and nurturing creators and influencers who align with community values

Comfortable speaking with Parents, Doctors, and Experts, and confident in holding your ground

Organized and methodical, with an eye for metrics, insights, and playbook improvement

Bonus if You’ve

Experience working in a startup

Built communities for a parenting, health, or wellness brand

Managed influencer or creator partnerships

Handled consumer onboarding or brand collaborations

Experience as a parent yourself and can relate to what we mean by “frazzled mom at 2 AM”
