Technical Lead - Full Stack Development

Role Description :

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced skilled Platform Technical Lead with extensive full stack development experience to spearhead our platform development initiatives. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities, define impactful projects, and deliver data-driven insights that enhance our products, improve operational efficiency, and mitigate risks like fraud.

• Lead the Technical design, development, and delivery of software projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and timelines.
• Mentor and guide team members, performing code reviews and ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Manage project schedules, allocate resources, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for the team and stakeholders.
• Effectively communicate complex technical concepts and findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Present results, insights, and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
• Influence decision-making through data-driven insights and compelling narratives.
