Job description6–8 years of experience as a UX writer, content designer, or digital copywriter, preferably in technology / service environment. Exceptional command of English and strong storytelling skills - able to write for clarity, action, and empathy. Experience working on large-scale platforms (web and mobile), creating content for discovery, user journeys, etc. Prior experience in understanding data, how to gain insights from it, and creating actions based on that information. Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to adapt content based on data, feedback, and user behavior. Understanding of accessibility, localization, and UX writing for diverse user bases. Familiarity with design and prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe XD is a plus. Min. About the Role :
A skilled UX Copywriter with 6–8 years of experience to shape the voice and tone of our website. In this role, you’ll craft clear, concise, and intuitive content that enhances the user experience across apps, websites, dashboards, and self-service portals used by millions of users.
In this role, one need to lead UX writing initiatives right from the word go and while you are at it, elevate the standards of writing throughout the team.
