Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for an Articled Assistant, located in Kolkata. The Articled Assistant will work closely with experienced professionals to assist in tasks such as bookkeeping, auditing, tax preparation, financial reporting, and compliance management. Responsibilities also include supporting client interactions, liaising on regulatory requirements, and offering assistance in company law and allied matters.

Qualifications

Financial skills, including bookkeeping, auditing, and financial reporting

Understanding taxation principles and compliance regulations

Knowledge of company law and familiarity with handling regulatory matters

Proficiency in accounting software and tools

Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills

Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment

Currently pursuing or completing education in Chartered Accountancy or a related field

Willingness to learn and adapt to a dynamic work environment
