Responsibilities for Client Services Executive

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met effectively.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through consistent communication and service excellence.

Coordinate with internal teams to execute campaigns, branding activities, and digital marketing deliverables on time.

Identify research needs, execute studies, and analyze insights to discover new client opportunities.

Stay current on market trends, competitive activity, and client industry developments.

Assist in developing and implementing brand communication strategies across multiple media platforms.

Monitor project progress, manage timelines, and ensure all deliverables meet client expectations and quality standards.

Qualifications for Client Services Executive

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field. MBA preferred.

3–5 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or brand coordination.

Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-first mindset.

Strong organizational and project management abilities.

Strategic thinker with creative problem-solving skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding results.

Work Schedule :

Timing : 9 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM
