Location : Gurgaon (with GCC travel opportunities)

Experience : 2–5 years

Preferred Background : Digital Marketing, IT Services, GCC market experience

Role Type : Full-time | Strategic Sales

About City Innovates GCC Business Cell :

City Innovates is expanding its digital, tech, and consulting footprint into Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Abu Dhabi, and Oman. We need a sharp, market-aware SDR who understands the GCC landscape, has business maturity, and can crack enterprise-level conversations.

Role Overview :

You will be responsible for driving GCC-focused business growth by researching the market, identifying prospects, generating leads, and supporting the sales engine for tech, digital marketing, and transformation projects. This is a high-impact role for someone who understands both business + geography + digital.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Market Research & Intelligence

  • Study GCC markets : Saudi, Bahrain, Abu Dhabi, Oman
  • Create prospect lists across industries : real estate, education, retail, health, government-linked orgs
  • Identify regulatory, cultural, and business nuances

2. Lead Generation & Sales Pipeline Build

  • Email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and partner channel building
  • Identify & engage decision-makers (CMOs, CIOs, Marketing Heads, Ops Heads)
  • Maintain a strong funnel of qualified opportunities
  • 3. Solution Pitching & Collaboration

  • Understand CI’s digital and tech offerings
  • Draft pitch decks and tailored proposals
  • Support senior leadership during pre-sales meetings
  • 4. Relationship Building

  • Build long-term relationships with GCC clients
  • Coordinate remotely with clients across time zones
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling Stratedge Consulting services
  • Ideal Candidate Profile :

  • MUST HAVE : Experience working with GCC clients or GCC market exposure
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, tech solutions, or IT services
  • Comfortable with data-driven research + structured outreach
  • Good cultural intelligence and communication skills
  • Ability to manage enterprise conversations with maturity
