Chief Financial Officer

Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer to lead our financial operations in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance with a proven track record of scaling financial operations in a listed manufacturing setup. As a key member of our leadership team the CFO will be responsible for driving growth through strategic financial initiatives managing stakeholders and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic financial plans budgets and governance frameworks
• Manage investor relations including financial communications stakeholder management and analyst relations
• Oversee export and import finance management including trade finance and cash management
• Lead merger and acquisition (M&A) initiatives including due diligence and integration
• Raise debt equity and strategic investments to support business growth
• Ensure compliance with SEBI Companies Act and other regulatory frameworks
• Drive growth through strategic financial initiatives and operational improvements

Required Skills :

3-5 years of experience as CFO or Group CFO in a manufacturing organization with a minimum of 7-8 operational plants Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) mandatory Strong exposure to M&A investor relations export and import finance management and fund raising Proven track record of scaling financial operations in a listed manufacturing setup Strong leadership analytical and stakeholder management skills Ability to drive growth through strategic financial initiatives
