Seeking applications from dynamic individuals, for the role of Senior Executive - Finance & Accounts

Specifics of the role :

1. Financial Reporting

Prepare Standalone Financial Statements on a quarterly and annual basis.

Generate Cash Flow Statements, Notes, and Schedules in compliance with applicable accounting standards.

2. Entity-Specific Accounting

Manage QuickBooks accounting and financial statement preparation for international subsidiaries.

Oversee quarterly and annual financial closure for multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

3. Investment Accounting

Perform monthly reconciliation of investments in shares, mutual funds, and fixed deposits.

Record dividends and accrued interest and prepare audit-ready reports.

4. Audit & Compliance

Liaise with statutory auditors for quarterly and annual audits.

Prepare Tax Audit Reports and respond to auditor queries.

Ensure SOPM (Standard Operating Procedures Manual) compliance across all financial processes.

Key Skills & Competencies :

Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and IFRS.

Proficiency in SAP, QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and financial reporting tools.

Experience in multi-entity accounting and investment tracking.

Excellent communication and coordination skills for audit and compliance.

Strong analytical and organizational abilities.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.

2-5 years of relevant experience in financial reporting and accounting.
