Roles & Responsibilities :

Managing end to end bookingsservice and operations

Responsible for supply generation by onboarding and training new partners

Responsible for enrichment and constantsupply of partner for the area assigned

Handling customer queries and complaints in a timelymanner

Call potential partnersto explain business product and service offerings

Coordinate with clients vendors and supply team

Working with other department to improve the product and the process of the company

Define and analyze metrics and KPIsto efficiently track progress
