Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis for multiple business verticals.

Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Maintain adherence to tax laws, accounting standards, and internal audit controls.

Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and governance frameworks to strengthen financial discipline.

Lead a team of finance executives, fostering skill development and ensuring high performance.

Manage cash flow, working capital, and fund allocation to meet business objectives efficiently.

Partner with senior management to support business decisions with financial insight and analysis.

Liaise with external auditors, consultants, and banks for audits, compliance, and funding requirements.

Provide meaningful variance analysis and recommend corrective actions to improve profitability.

Qualifications and Experience

• Master’s degree in commerce, Accounting, or Finance;

CA or MBA (Finance) preferred.

8–10 years of progressive experience in accounting, finance operations, or FP&A roles.

Proven experience in end-to-end financial management and reporting in logistics, supply chain, or tech-enabled sectors.

Strong knowledge of Indian taxation, accounting principles (Ind AS), and compliance frameworks.

Excellent leadership and communication skills with experience managing teams.

High attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
