Job description? Monitor project health, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and scope. Planning & Coordination : ? Collaborate with project managers, engineering leads, and vendors to coordinate project ? Track deliverables, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests. Reporting & Communication : ? Generate weekly and monthly project dashboards for leadership and stakeholders. ? Support status meetings and record key decisions, action items, and updates. Documentation & Compliance : ? Ensure all project documentation (charters, business cases, closure reports, risk logs) is ? Align project execution with IT governance and compliance standards. Tool Administration : ? Support PMO tooling (e.G., MS Project, ServiceNow, JIRA, Smartsheet, Power BI) for Resource & Budget Tracking : ? Maintain resource allocation plans and budget tracking for all ongoing projects. ? Provide forecasting and variance analysis to project sponsors. Stakeholder Engagement : ? Liaise with senior management, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure clear Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field. 5+ years of experience in IT project coordination or PMO support, ideally in infrastructure or Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid). Experience managing or supporting projects involving Intune, Okta, Azure AD, M365, or Proficiency with project tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, Excel, and Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills. Strong analytical, organisational, and multitasking capabilities.
Job Purpose / Summary :
We are seeking an experienced PMO professional to oversee and support planning, execution,
and governance of key Digital Workplace projects, such as Okta migration, Intune deployment,
M365 platform integration, and Endpoint Modernization. The PMO will ensure effective
coordination across project teams, maintain project documentation, track milestones, and provide
clear reporting to senior stakeholders.
