Senior Software Engineer

Role Summary :

Design, develop, and deliver robust full-stack web applications that power modern digital experiences. As a FullStack Developer, you will play a pivotal role in building scalable frontend and backend systems, crafting intuitive user interfaces, and ensuring seamless integration with cloud-native services. Collaborating closely with cross functional teams, you will contribute to the entire software development lifecycle from architecture and coding to deployment and optimization, while upholding best practices in performance, security, and maintainability.

Work Location : Sri City, Andhra Pradesh for the initial 6 months; post that, the role will be based in Bangalore or Chennai.

Core Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications (frontend & backend).

Collaborate with product managers, UI / UX designers, and other developers to deliver

high-quality solutions.

Develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces using modern frontend frameworks.

Build and manage backend services, APIs, and databases.

Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices.

Optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability.

Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure coding standards.

Implement CI / CD pipelines and participate in DevOps processes.

Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.

Required Skills :

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

5+ years total experience, with 3+ years as a Full Stack Developer.

Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).

Hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks React.JS

Strong backend development skills with Python and Django Framework.

Experience in working with databases (SQL & NoSQL) such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.

Proficiency in RESTful APIs, GraphQL and microservices-based architecture.

Familiarity with version control systems (Git, GitHub / GitLab).

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is an advantage.

Exposure to CI / CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes is a plus.

Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
