Role :

• Partner with business units to drive org goals through people strategy
• Lead end-to-end talent acquisition
• Own and execute employee engagement, performance, and development cycles
• Leverage analytics for decision-making and workforce planning
• Prepare impactful presentations, dashboards, and reports
• Use Gen AI tools to improve HR efficiency and productivity

Qualifications and skills :

MBA in HR

6 7 years of experience across TA and HRBP roles

Strong knowledge of HR concepts, employee lifecycle, and labour laws

Proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, and talent planning

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

High energy, growth mindset, and ability to work extended hours when required
