The Home Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire household operations, ensuring smooth functioning, coordination, and maintenance of the residence. The role requires a trustworthy, organized, and proactive individual capable of managing staff, logistics, schedules, and confidential tasks with professionalism and efficiency.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Household Operations & Staff Management

• Supervise all domestic staff, including housekeeping, cook, driver, caretaker, and security personnel.
• Ensure daily routines and housekeeping standards are maintained across all areas of the residence.
• Assign duties, monitor performance, and maintain staff attendance records.
• Oversee cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of all rooms and facilities.
