Junior Project Analyst

Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator / PMO Specialist to support end-to-end project operations, including onboarding / offboarding, timesheet and billing management, reporting, and documentation. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, documentation tools, and AI / GPT tools is essential. This role requires strong analytical abilities, excellent organization, and the capability to manage stakeholder communications effectively.

Responsibilities :

• Support onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Manage and track project timesheets, billing details, and related documentation.
• Prepare accurate and clear project reports, dashboards, and meeting minutes.
• Monitor project milestones, risks, issues, and action items.
• Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and stakeholder communications.
• Maintain and organize project documentation and repositories.

Required Skills :
