We’re expanding our web division and looking for a

highly skilled SEO Strategist + Website Developer

who can build

beautiful, conversion-focused websites

and deliver

real SEO results.

About the Role

This is a dual-role for a

highly capable technical + creative web expert .

You must be able to :

Build

aesthetic, modern, fast-loading WordPress websites

Perform

in-depth SEO

(on-page, off-page, technical)

Manage

complete SEO strategy

Implement

AI-based website creation tools

Troubleshoot

technical issues : indexing, sitemap, schema, speed optimization

Work with global clients inside a marketing agency structure

Key Responsibilities

Website Development

Build

modern, premium, aesthetic WordPress websites

Customize themes, develop custom sections, optimize layouts

Create landing pages & funnels optimized for conversions

Fix technical issues (speed, responsiveness, caching, mobile performance)

Integrate AI website-building tools (10Web, Durable, etc.)

SEO Strategy & Execution

Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, & content mapping

Implement on-page SEO : titles, schema, meta tags, internal linking

Execute off-page SEO : backlinks, outreach, authority building

Manage technical SEO : indexing, redirects, Core Web Vitals

Run monthly audits & fix SEO issues independently

Achieve ranking improvements (Page 1–2 target)

Technical Skills

WordPress customization

Elementor / Divi / WPBakery / Gutenberg

Technical SEO tools (Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush)

AI website builders (Durable, 10Web, Framer AI)

Hosting, DNS, Cpanel, and migrations

Requirements

✓ 3–5+ years of SEO + WordPress development experience

✓ Marketing / SEO agency experience is

mandatory

✓ Proven results ranking client websites organically

✓ Strong knowledge of

on-page, off-page, technical SEO

✓ Expertise in WordPress development & optimization

✓ Strong understanding of Core Web Vitals

✓ Understanding of website UI / UX fundamentals

✓ Ability to independently manage SEO + web projects

✓ Must work full-time during EST time zone hours

Nice to Have

Experience with

Shopify

Basic understanding of coding (HTML / CSS / JS / PHP)

Experience with AI SEO tools (NeuronWriter, Surfer SEO, Frase)

Knowledge of GA4, GTM, pixel setup

Experience building funnels & CRO
