Job descriptionSupport in building workflows, blueprints, triggers, and automation rules. Assist in designing custom forms, modules, and dashboards. Test and troubleshoot automation processes. Import, clean, and maintain data inside Zoho apps. Create reports and analytics dashboards for different departments. Ensure data accuracy and integrity across the system. Document processes, configurations, and standard operating procedures. Prepare training materials and user guides for team members. Provide first-level support to internal users. Identify system issues and escalate when necessary. Track and document support tickets. Participate in digital transformation and system integration projects. Collaborate with developers on custom functions (Deluge) and APIs (optional based on skill). Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field . Basic understanding of CRM systems or cloud-based platforms. Comfort with tools like Excel / Google Sheets for data handling. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and documentation abilities. Eagerness to learn Zoho applications and business automation.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Zoho One Intern to support our digital operations, automation projects, and application management using the Zoho One suite. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about technology, business automation, CRM systems, and cloud applications.
You will work closely with the Technology, Operations, and Business Development teams to design workflows, support daily platform activities, and optimize processes through Zoho applications.
