Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 8–9 years of progressive experience in software quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership or mentoring role. Strong domain knowledge in ERP and eCommerce platforms is highly preferred. Hands-on experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress), API testing (e.g., Postman), and performance testing (e.g., JMeter). Familiarity with AI-based testing platforms and modern CI / CD pipelines. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes under tight deadlines.
Experience and Skills
Testing & Quality Leadership
- 8-9 years of progressive experience leading QA across projects.
- Proven experience in leading and reviewing QA deliverables across ERP and Commerce platforms (Adobe Commerce, Shopify, BigCommerce, or similar).
- Ability to guide teams in designing and maintaining traceability matrices, ensuring full business coverage.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile / Scrum, and CI / CD processes.
- Proficient with test management tools like JIRA; familiarity with automation and AI-based tools (Selenium, Playwright, etc.) preferred.
