Corporate Finance Associate

INVAL Capital is an independent corporate advisory firm that partners with entrepreneurs, growing companies, and investors to solve complex problems and unlock growth. We operate across corporate finance, M&A, capital raising, restructuring, and strategic advisory. Our team is small, focused, and deeply involved in every mandate — which means you’ll work on meaningful assignments from day one.

What You’ll Do

You’ll work closely with senior leadership on live engagements, helping clients navigate their financial and strategic decisions. Your day will include :

• Building, analyzing and reviewing financial models
• Preparing valuation thesis using DCF, market comps and transaction comps
• Preparing crisp reports, presentations, and investment materials
• Managing end-to-end deal execution, including coordination across diligence, documentation, and stakeholder workflows
• Tracking timelines and ensuring deliverables are met
• Contributing to client discussions, strategic analysis, and problem-solving
